Cofrac conducted a survey during spring 2019 about accreditation of medical laboratories within Europe. Find out the results!
Cofrac publishes the results of the survey that it has conducted mid 2019 for which it surveyed 34 accreditation bodies, members of the EA (European cooperation for Accreditation) working group « Healthcare ».
The aim was to find out their opinions on the standards used for accreditation of medical laboratories in their country, the number of medical laboratories already accredited or in the process of accreditation, the fields covered by accreditation, the context and accreditation for medical imaging.
